Project Description: 

In general, the scope includes: 1,050 SF of tenant improvements to (4) restrooms. Improvements include, but are not limited to: demolition of interior and exterior walls and doors; demolition of plumbing fixtures; demolition of ceiling finishes, lighting and mechanical equipment; demolition of floor finishes down to the underlying structure; construction of new walls and hollow metal doors; installation of new ceiling, wall ,and floor finishes; installation of new plumbing fixtures; installation of toilet partitions and restroom accessories; installation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
