DCYF - Echo Glen Loading Dock & Freight Elevator Replacement

Project Description: 

Scope of work is indicated on the contract drawings (see sheet G1.00) and specifications. It includes the replacement of the freight elevators existing hydraulic jack as base bid. Alternate No. 1 is for Full modernization of the freight elevator which includes demolition of existing freight elevator equipment within an existing mechanical room. New construction includes a fire-rated machine room with HVAC, new electrical components and modernization of the freight elevator equipment, components and controls. Alternate No. 2 is for the replacement of the existing freight elevator doors with new doors and gate. There is no scope for the Loading Dock this project.
