Project Description:  Work being performed includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform Tenant Improvement Work at three locations commonly referred to as Legion Park Restroom, Thornton A. Sullivan Park Restroom, and Forest Park Restroom to renovate three existing restroom buildings, each at a different park location, based on a 100% Bid plan set dated 6/20/2024. The three project locations are figured to be bid and constructed under the same contract, whether the work ends up being staggered by site or all done simultaneously. In either case, each project area is figured to be closed to the public when contract work takes place there, and performing all Work as required by the Contract Documents.
